JMV Child Care Foundation is managed by a Board of Trustees, who are supported by an Advisory Panel comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, and a Management Team which comprises experienced professionals working with JMV Child Care Foundation.

Mrs. Sumitra Devi

Founder and Chairperson, JMV Child Care Foundation; Director, OD Consultant and Leadership Trainer. She was the first woman to complete graduation in her family. Coming from a lower class urban village, she knew the constraints children and young adults had to face to get themselves educated. She had a strong desire to help them, and this gave way for the establishment of JMV Child Care Foundation.

Pankaj Kumar

Admin & individual/ Partnership Head. Pankaj’s major responsibility toward accruing new corporate donors and keeps scaling up and raising for organization Responsibility to existing one.

Mr. Pradeep kumar sharma

Projects Head & Education Program, Adviser. He has an experience of over 20 years from organizations also, social development with specialization on grants management, managing education center and work community-based programs. He is continue running the first organization’s center in Jharkhand.

Yogesh Kumar

A Master of computer Science with specialization involve social & women Issues, He works with the academic and the private sector advisors to engage and work with NGO sector leaders in incubated/accelerated development, entrepreneurial programs, and other relevant services provided by the NGO in community.

Rahul Kumar

He Associated with S&N association, a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant and a Company Secretary, specializes in Strategic Management Consulting, International Finance and Entrepreneurship Development. As an Investor and a Philanthropist, he has multidimensional exposure spread across various sectors in India and abroad. He has been associated with various charitable organizations and social causes aimed at alleviating various social malaise and bridging the gap or disparity in the society through various initiatives on education, healthcare, livelihood and capacity building since last two decades.

Ashish kumar

National head of Hope for Children Care Foundation of india. He has over 10 years of experience in alternative care. He has conceptualized and implemented several development projects at HFCCF. He lead HFCCF’s tsunami operation in the southern states of India between 20122014 – it was the largest ever emergency program undertaken by the NGO so far. Mr. Ashish kumar also part of JMVCCF working Group in Alternative Care, supported a couple of member associations in Asia in shaping their emergency program. Born and brought delhi in shadhara, Mr.Ashish kumar belongs to the state of new delhi. He holds a post-graduate diploma and an Executive MBA from delhi university. His motivation comes from “Working with children and WHCCF-mothers and caregivers in different provinces and learning new customs and cultures.”

Banti kumar

Program Manager & Management. MA B.Ed. from NIOS Delhi University. Diploma in Computer . He has computer and education teaching experienced more than four years in Private Institution. He is planning, organizing and monitoring inter Connected and managed North & East India Mission.
